If you have lost your ID card, we recommend that you check at the Library Welcome Desk. They will hold your ID card until Friday of that week and then pass it on to campus services. They also contact students by email when student ID cards are found and handed in at this desk.  The library can be contacted by phone on 020 8392 3770, or by email library@roehampton.ac.uk.

For student ID cards not found there is a £10 charge for a replacement. You can order a replacement card through the 'Order a replacement card' link on the Student Portal.

If your student ID card was stolen and you have reported this to the police you will be given a crime reference number. When you quote this number at Santander Bank they will waive the £10 charge.

If the theft was not violent or part of a burglary you can report the crime online: http://www.met.police.uk/reporting_crime/
