My ID card has been lost / stolen. How do I get a new one?

If you have lost your ID card in the library, we recommend that you check at the Library Welcome Desk. They will hold your ID card until Friday of that week and then pass it on to campus services. They also contact students by email when student ID cards are found and handed in at the welcome desk.  The library can be contacted by phone on 020 8392 3770, or by email

For lost ID cards, please follow the link to order a replacement card, you will receive a confirmation of purchase. Please show a copyof this to Security on the card production desk

If you have contacted Registry who have changed your course end date and your card is not reflecting this end date, please take your old card to the card production desk at Campus Services (Digby Stuart College) to collect your replacement card.

If your card has been stolen, please contact Security by emailing to arrange a replacement.

Postgraduate students who have previously studied with us: please go to the card poduction desk at Campus Services (Digby Stuart College) to collect your new ID card, if you have not done so.
