If you think that you have lost a book please speak to a member of staff at the Library Welcome Desk or email email@example.com.
In the first instance an item query will be placed on the book; this means that 3 searches will be instigated for the book to make sure that the book hasn’t been returned to the shelves without being discharged. While we search for the book in the library, we also recommend you continue to look for the book at home. If the book is not found you will need to pay for a replacement plus a £5 administration charge. You will receive an email outlining how to pay.
