How do I change my Roehampton password or unlock my account?

You can manage your password by signing up for password self-service.

All users are advised to enroll with Password Self Service so that you can reset your password at any time or anywhere if the password has stopped working or has expired

Please note, you can only enroll onto the service with a fully working username and password. If you are currently locked out of your account or your password has already expired you should call the IT helpdesk on 020 8392 6000.
